Yes, but in the current version, the number of font choices for non-English languages is limited. We will add more choices in the future.

No. Recipients can view or download their certificates anytime they like. It is totally free.

How will people know that the certificates are authentic?

We suggest that customers put the URL for downloading the certificates on their official website (or their official Facebook Page). This way people know that the source is authentic. It is also a good for people to know who have been awarded what.

So it is easy for people to create fake certificates?

Nowadays, school children know how to use a scanner and Photoshop to create anything. That is why it is important for people to be able to verify the authenticity of a certificate from the issuers website.

Where can people print the digital certificate?

Thanks to innovation, printer are less used then 10 years ago. Good for the earth. For those who really need a paper copy, there are many online or neighborhood print shop that will print for you at very low cost. Just Google "print shop nearby", and you will see many.

How can I ensure that the image quality is good?

The print quality of the certificate depends entirely on the quality of the certificate background you upload to the system. We recommend an image size of 2480 x 3508 for A4 size. This translates to 300dpi which is decent quality for printing on A4 size.

To print at 600dpi, 4960 x 7016 pixels are required.
